Horry County Schools has rightly canceled school for this week due to the flooding, which means we will be unable to have rehearsal at the High School on Thursday.

However, we would still like to meet on Thursday at 7:00pm at a different location, for a different reason.

If you are able we would like to invite you out to an optional social gathering at the Hickory Tavern in North Myrtle Beach. This would give you the opportunity to meet our new directors, as well as help us to assign music folders for the upcoming concert. This will also allow us to cut-down on some of the “first rehearsal chaos” that all groups typically face when getting back together for the first time.

We do hope that you will join us at the Hickory Tavern on Thursday at 7:00pm. We have reserved the “Palmetto Room” just to the left of the hostess stand, so please make your way there. This social is dutch treat, and here is the address:
